The role combines light administrative duties with order fulfillment and product packaging. It is important to note this is a dual role. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, and maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Match invoices with order sheets and maintain organized filing systems
- Complete documentation for product traceability
- Assist with light record keeping and document preparation
- Package products according to order sheets
- Accurately record lot numbers and best before dates
- Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Experience:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in order fulfillment, production, or packaging is an asset
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling paperwork and repetitive tasks with accuracy
