We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time | 35–40 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

- Greet customers with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone inquiries and provide information about services




- Assist with drop-offs, pick-ups, and payments
- Book alteration appointments and manage customer requests

Production Support

- Invoice orders accurately
- Prepare, assemble, and stage completed orders for pickup or delivery
- Organize garments on the conveyor system efficiently

Quality Control

- Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet our exacting standards
- Flag and resolve any discrepancies or quality concerns

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration is an asset
- Strong written and verbal English
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, data entry, email communication)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a well-established company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
