Block’s Agencies is looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our team in Langham.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of their clients. This is a broad insurance role with exposure to personal, commercial, farm, and auto insurance, so no two days are exactly the same.

Whether you’re an experienced broker or earlier in your insurance career, we’re open to discussing the opportunity. Compensation and responsibilities will be based on your experience, licence level, and professional credentials.

What You’ll Do

- Work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Quote and service personal, commercial, farm, and auto insurance
- Review renewals, coverage changes, and policy documentation
- Help clients navigate questions, claims, and changes to their insurance
- Build long-term relationships with existing and recent clients
- Work with our insurance markets to find appropriate coverage solutions
- Maintain accurate client files and follow up on outstanding items
- Support the Langham team and the broader Block’s Agencies group

What We’re Looking For

- Saskatchewan insurance licence — Level 1, 2, or 3
- Previous insurance experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Someone comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new systems and insurance products
- CAIB, CIP, or other insurance credentials are an asset

Compensation

Pay will be determined based on experience, insurance licence level, and professional credentials.
