This position is caring for 1 child in their Seaforth home overnight so caregivers can rest.

This is a Full-time position with a 10pm-6am Tuesday-Saturday weekly schedule.

RPN pay rate is $35/hr and RN pay rate is $38/hr, this pay rate applies to this rural area only.

Full-time staff receive a $51 monthly phone allowance, and are eligible for benefits after 3 months.

This is overnight paeds, providing overnight support for 1 child in their Seaforth area home so care givers can rest.

Responsibilities:

Medically complex child requiring trach care, vent (to be weaned off vent soon), g-tube for feeding and med admin. Overnight Shift Nurse is required to maintain airway patency and monitor respiratory and abdomen status





Requirements:

Peads nursing care experience

Must have an RPN diploma, registered and in good standing with the CNO

TB test results from within 1 year

Police clearance from within 1 year

CPR certificate

* Understand your role as a nurse and the Protection of Privacy Act, Personal Health Information Protection Act, Consent, etc.
* Must be able to work independently with reliability and trustworthiness
* Demonstrate a commitment to continued learning and skilled growth
