We are seeking a certified Counterbalance Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Alliston, ON within a busy automotive parts manufacturing and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse and automotive manufacturing environment.
- Load trailers and move materials according to shipping, receiving, and production requirements.




- Support warehouse flow by staging, relocating, and organizing product as directed.
- Complete work with strong attention to safety, accuracy, and equipment handling standards.
- Communicate effectively with shift leads, supervisors, and team members to support daily operational priorities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with warehouse expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Afternoon shift premium: $0.50 per hour.
- Estimated annual salary range: $43,680 to $44,720.
- Vacation pay will be provided on each pay cheque in accordance with legislation.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Alliston
- Day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, and Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Mandatory Saturdays may be required at times.
