Currently recruiting for a Commercial Paralegal with 8+ years' experience for a prominent law firm in downtown Calgary

- Managing commercial lending and purchase/sale files including physical filing, diary dates, closing dates, and preparation of reporting documentation.
- Obtaining searches and completing registrations/filings with Land Titles Office, Personal Property, and Tax Registries.
- Drafting, assembling, and organizing commercial lending and purchase/sale documents.
- Conducting due diligence for M&A; transactions.
- Preparation and distribution of monthly account statements to clients.
- Administrative duties (includes opening files), as needed.
- Solid communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client, lender, and opposing counsel interactions
- Attention to detail, organizational skills,
ability to work independently and ability to work collaboratively with others.
