We are actively looking to fill an vaccant Evening Service Advisor Poition (Monday to Friday 12:00-9:00pm) full time 42.5 hours per week. There is a scheduled Saturday shift in rotation. Training will take place on a day shift schedule, once completed the applicant will move to the evening shift where an additional wage premium will be applied.

Previous experience in Heavy Truck Industry experience is required.

A Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service repair work and following the progress of repairs throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing strong working relationships.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention/
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers, including recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Monitor repair progress and provide timely status updates.
- Collect payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services, escalate to management as required.
- Review completed work orders for accuracy before closing.




- Maintain and establish digital communication with customers
- Obtain customer signature on repair orders.
- Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Basic Qualifications / Requirements

- Previous experience in Heavy Truck, Automotive or related industry experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College or post-secondary education is preferred.
- Competency in the following areas required; customer service, administrative skills, proficiency with software and computers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a current and valid G class driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.

- The related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
