Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure functions efficiently, safely, and reliably. Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction materials effectively to complete tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely during installation or repair work
- Collaborate with team members such as carpenters, HVAC technicians, and construction workers to coordinate project efforts
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues before they escalate
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times

Skills





- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
- Proficiency in carpentry, construction techniques, and working with schematics or blueprints
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus for integrated building maintenance projects
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
- Ability to read technical schematics accurately and apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for precise installations
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and demanding physical tasks throughout the workday
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices in construction environments
