Customer Service & Real Estate Administrator
Looking for a friendly, outgoing, customer-focused individual to join our Front Desk team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
Real estate brokerage experience is an asset, but outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn is essential.
This is a permanent position with opportunities to learn all aspects of real estate administration while supporting our agents, clients, and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client, agent, and visitor who enters the office.
- Greet guests promptly and offer refreshments such as coffee or water.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting agents with questions and providing day-to-day support.
- Prepare and process real estate documents using WebForms and SkySlope (training provided as needed).
- Load listings to various real estate boards.
- Maintain accurate and organized listing and transaction files.
- Assist with onboarding agents to the brokerage.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including tidying reception and meeting areas, wiping tables, light sweeping/vacuuming/mopping as required, and ensuring shared spaces are always welcoming for clients and staff.
- Support the office with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Schedule & Location
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work at both Thornhill and Richmond Hill (11160 Yonge St., Richmond Hill) office locations.
