Duties

- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and B2B (business-to-business) outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate terms of sale, financing options, and additional services to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering expert advice, and supporting clients throughout the buying process
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, maintenance packages, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, follow-up actions, and customer interactions using organized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems




- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new vehicle arrivals to attract potential buyers

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end vehicles
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in Mandarin and Cantonese; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Exceptional organizational skills to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
- Customer-focused mindset with outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies to foster partnerships with local businesses or corporate clients
- Experience in upselling, deal closing, and managing sales support activities effectively
- Familiarity with marketing principles to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and profit margins
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly
