Ace Residential Cleaners is looking for one experienced residential cleaner to join our team.
We are a small cleaning company providing detailed, high-quality residential cleaning services throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced, dependable cleaner who takes pride in their work and can work independently without supervision.
This position will begin part-time during training, with the opportunity for more consistent hours once training is successfully completed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements to be considered:
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional residential cleaning experience.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Own reliable vehicle available for work.
- Ability and willingness to drive between client homes throughout the workday.
- Ability to transport cleaning supplies and equipment in their vehicle.
- Monday–Friday daytime availability.
- Ability to work independently once training is completed.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, qualified, and respectful.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties throughout the workday; including but not limited to standing, bending, lifting, etc for an extended period of time.
A valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory requirements for this position. Public transportation or relying on others for transportation will not be suitable for this role.
About the Position
You will initially work part-time while completing training directly with the owner. Training will focus on Ace Residential Cleaners' standards, procedures, products, equipment, efficiency expectations, and client-specific requirements.
This is not an entry-level cleaning position. We are looking for someone who already has a strong understanding of professional residential cleaning, including recurring/maintenance cleans, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
Once training is successfully completed, you will be expected to confidently manage assigned residential clients and complete cleans independently when required.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Primarily daytime hours
Typical start time around 9:00 a.m.
Part-time to start during training
Potential for more consistent hours following successful training
Weekend work is generally not required.
