Part-Time ABA Therapist / Instructor Therapist

$28–$33/hour | Part-time | Daytime, Evening & Weekend Availability

CoField Inc. is looking for 1–2 part-time ABA Therapists / Instructor Therapists to join our team supporting children and youth in St. Thomas, London, and surrounding areas.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work with children, values meaningful relationship-building, and is comfortable working independently while being supported by a collaborative clinical team. Services are provided primarily in clients’ homes and community settings.

We are currently looking for candidates with availability during daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours.

What You’ll Do

- Implement individualized ABA programming under the direction of a supervising clinician
- Collect and record behavioural and skill-acquisition data
- Support behaviour management and behaviour support strategies
- Help clients build communication, social, self-help, leisure, emotional regulation, and daily living skills
- Complete session documentation, communication logs, graphing, and data collection
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members




- Work independently during sessions while remaining part of a larger clinical team
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings as required

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

- Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science, or equivalent
- Diploma or degree in a related field such as Behavioural Science, Psychology, DSW, Child and Youth Care, Educational Assistant, or a related discipline
- Previous experience implementing ABA-based programming
- Experience supporting children or youth with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioural needs
- Experience working as an EA in a developmental or specialized classroom is considered an asset

Additional Requirements

- Vulnerable Sector / Police Record Check required prior to employment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow clinical programming consistently and accurately
- Availability for daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts
