HOURS: 24-32 HOURS PER WEEK

START DATE: JUNE 2025

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Check prescriptions for accuracy.
- Counsel on prescription and OTC medications.
- Provide clinical services such medication reviews, vaccination and prescription adaptation, In Home patient's visits
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers ( Family Physicians.Nurse practitioners, Fraser health authority, Hospital discharge team)
- NO OAT/NO METHADONE

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- License to practice in BC.
- Knowledge of Kroll® pharmacy system is a must
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to provide exceptional customer service.

Pay: $97,000.00-$101,000.00 per year
