Job Summary

Duties

- Supervise and monitor dogs during playtime to ensure safe and positive interactions
- Assist with dog feeding, watering, and walking
- Maintain a clean and organized facility by cleaning up after dogs and sanitizing play areas regularly
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog’s behavior and well-being
- Handle lifting of supplies, equipment, or dog crates safely and efficiently
- Enforce facility policies to promote safety and proper conduct among dogs and staff




- Respond promptly to any behavioral issues or emergencies, following established protocols

Skills

- Strong customer service skills to engage with pet owners professionally and warmly
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment
- Passion for animals with a caring attitude toward dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and client interactions
- Ability to stay active and alert throughout the shift in a lively environment
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior and safety procedures is a plus but not required—training provided!

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
