Responsibilities:

- Work outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions. Winter snow removal as needed.

- Perform PDI's on sold vehicles. (pre-delivery inspections)

- Use basic hand tools when needed

- Park and retrieve commercial vehicles

- Keep the lot and vehicles clean and organized

- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management

- Assist customers with locating vehicles for sale and starting them

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

- Able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines and complete tasks on time

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills

- Punctuality, being on-time for work daily including mandatory Saturdays

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of truck dealership operations is a plus

- Ability to provide exceptional guest services

- G Drivers licence is mandatory,



with an excellent driving record and ability to drive trucks of all sizes comfortably

Not a Fit If:

- Cant be at work on time or come in reliably every work day

- You avoid hot/cold weather

- You need constant direction

- Excessive personal cell phone use
