Our client is seeking a dependable Shipper/Receiver to manage the movement, preparation, and organization of materials and finished products. This is a hands-on position with a mix of forklift operation, shipping, receiving, packaging, and administrative responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload trucks and safely move materials throughout the facility
- Operate a counterbalance forklift for approximately 2–3 hours per day
- Receive and properly store incoming raw materials
- Prepare products and materials for shipment or outside processing
- Package, label, shrink-wrap, and stage outgoing orders
- Complete shipping paperwork and related documentation
- Coordinate scrap and waste removal when required
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure shipments are approved before release
- Maintain an organized and effective warehouse and shipping area
- Follow company procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards
- Support other warehouse activities as needed
Pay: $20.00 per hour
