Part-Time (Days) Sign Service & Sales Representative – Magnetsigns

20–30 Hours per Week | Brantford Based

Magnetsigns is looking for a mature, reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on position that combines working outdoors all year round, driving, preparing and servicing signs, and interacting with customers.

The position is based out of Brantford, where our signs, letters, graphics and equipment are stored. Our service territory includes Brantford, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas, so applicants should be comfortable spending a portion of their day driving throughout the region.

This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day, and takes pride in getting the job done properly.

Responsibilities Include:

- Picking and preparing magnetic letters and graphics for customer signs
- Dressing and changing sign messages at customer locations
- Moving, setting up and positioning portable signs throughout our service area
- Driving throughout Brantford, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas
- Towing a trailer used to transport signs
- Keeping sign materials, letters and equipment organized
- Making sales calls to existing and potential customers
- Providing friendly and professional customer service




- Assisting with other day-to-day tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has a clean and valid driver's licence
- Is comfortable driving regularly as part of the job
- Experience towing and backing up a trailer is a definite asset
- Is physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
- Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Is mature, dependable and punctual
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively
- Is organized and pays attention to detail
- Is comfortable speaking with customers and making sales calls
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to take on a variety of tasks

Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time work with variety, independence and a mix of physical and customer-facing responsibilities. No two days are exactly the same, and training will be provided on our signs, equipment and procedures. Please note this is not a part time job for evenings and weekends.
