Personal Support Worker/Support Workers (PSW) – Join Our Caring Team!

TLC Alert Nursing & Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide care for a Home care client in Delhi, Ontario. Applicants must hold a valid PSW Certificate from a recognized institution. This position requires availability for scheduled home visits every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Please note: This is a part-time position.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a PSW with TLC, you’ll play an important role in helping residents live comfortably and with dignity.

Your day may include:

- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting residents with skin, hair, and oral care
- Helping with bathing, toileting, and peri-care
- Preparing simple meals
- Light housekeeping
- Assisting with mobility, feeding, grooming, and hygiene
- Providing kind, compassionate, resident-centered care
- Supporting residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being
- Following care plans, policies, and procedures
- Working both independently and alongside a healthcare team

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for people who truly care about making a difference.

· PSW Certificate from a recognized institute

· Support Workers with at least 1 year of experience

· Current CPR and First Aid certification

· Police Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months)





· TB Test (within 6 months)

· Proof of second COVID-19 vaccination

· Legally authorized to work in Canada

· Compassionate, adaptable, and professional attitude

· Comfortable working in different care settings

. Valid driver’s license

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Position: Casual, Part-Time
