Pavilion/Royal Hospital for Children and Young People,Edinburgh 1WTE(36 hours) Band 7 Advanced Paediatric Orthoptist-Permanent We have an exciting chance that has arisen for an advanced paediatric orthoptist to join our Orthoptic team providing core(adults/paediatrics) and sub speciality orthoptic practice working alongside our team of paediatric consultant ophthalmologists and hospital optometrists. The candidate will be expected to have a wide range of post graduate orthoptic experience that includes complex care in paediatric patients attending Orthoptic led, paediatric ophthalmology and community paediatrician led visual function clinics. A diploma/degree in Orthoptics, HCPC registration and evidence of training to Masters level in sub specialist area or equivalent experience are essential.
