Perfect Surfaces, Canada’s leading supplier of high-quality sports flooring and specialty surfaces, is seeking We are seeking an energetic and proactive sales associate to drive our expansion in the Canadian and USA fitness and sports flooring retail e-commerce markets. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering current opportunities, opening new sales channels, and introducing our specialized product lines to end users, dealers, and contractors.

What You Get To Do:

- Build and manage relationships with all key contacts in regions, including but not limited to new and existing dealers, end users, and contractors
- Manage emails and online chats with a maximum 24 hour response time
- Strive to overachieve OKR’s, ensuring dashboard is set up to track day to day sales, estimates, orders, and prospected customers
- Process orders and provide customers with estimates within 24 hours, coordinating with customer service team to ensure orders get out in a timely manner
- Explore and close new business in new markets where we currently do not have a presence (USA)
- Be a trusted adviser and resource to end user, dealers, and contractor community
- Travel to customer locations on a quarterly basis to maintain relationship and gain market share
- Contribute creatively to new product development or markets as well as any other area of the business.
