Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of budgeting, account reconciliation, and corporate finance, along with proficiency in accounting software such as Sage. Manage full-cylcle accounting, including AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, up to date cash flow, capital asset tracking (experience in aviation is a bonus).

Experience with Capital Asset Accounting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial information to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.




- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within financial services.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage
- Solid knowledge of budgeting processes and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,646.94-$67,537.64 per year
