Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various accounting functions across the organization. Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliations to verify accuracy of financial data across multiple systems such as QuickBooks
- Process payroll ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
- Maintain and update accounting software records, including data entry and transaction processing
- Maintain and verify all accounting transactions between Repair Centre and Quickbooks
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
- Bank reconciliation for corporations
- Manage employee benefit plan




- File GST for corporations
- Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks,
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, account reconciliation techniques, and data entry accuracy
- Experience managing accounts payable and receivable workflows efficiently
- Familiarity with payroll processing systems including ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos or equivalent tools
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and assist with budgeting processes
- Excellent math skills combined with analytical thinking for accurate account analysis

Pay: $44,267.92-$87,851.17 per year
