Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized accounting assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Verify and process vendor invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payment.




- Manage office supplies inventory and order new materials as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and handle email correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records, including files and databases.
- Prepare and process various documents and reports.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), QuickBooks.
- Experience with office management software and equipment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
