We’re seeking a positive, outgoing and optimistic Accounting Clerk with a minimum 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

· Organization of project files and invoices into database for accounts payable

· Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and entering into accounting program

· Reconcile monthly supplier accounts

· Maintaining customer invoicing log and checking for accuracy in accounts receivable





· Creating payable reports for management

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry

· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, CoConstruct)

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail

· Self-directed and able to complete tasks without Supervision

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Strong team work ethic

· Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple task and deadlines

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Wage $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Location: Muskoka Region
