ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN – CPA FIRM Our client is a well-established CPA firm located in Laval, led by a partner and recognized for the quality of its client support. The firm is looking for an experienced accounting technician who seeks a professional, supportive, and adaptable environment with long-term career prospects. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks for a diverse clientele: Enter and process accounting data in the existing systems

- Manage accounts payable and receivables;Prepare bank reconciliations and participate in month-end closing processes;Monitor accounting and tax deadlines;Collaborate with CPAs and other team members to ensure quality client service;Opportunity to participate in personal income tax returns during tax season;Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and progressively develop your responsibilities based on your experience and interests. Training in administration, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience , ideally in a firm or professional environment
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Functional English, an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Acomba, or CaseWare , Taxprep , an asset
