Become an integral part of Aroland Economic Development as an Administrative Assistant. Focus on administrative coordination and bookkeeping to support community initiatives. In this role, you will help streamline operations and governance at Aroland Economic Development.

Your key tasks will include supporting leadership with administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and assisting with financial documentation. Your organizational skills will be vital in establishing effective systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Board and leadership with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings and record minutes effectively
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
- Assist with accounts payable and financial records
- Provide assistance to community members and stakeholders Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
- Competence in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and able to work independently Support Aroland’s community-focused initiatives and enhance your administrative expertise within a collaborative environment.
