The Admin
Support V is an important member of the Medicine Program and plays a direct role in ensuring the administrative infrastructure supporting our leaders and teams is organized, responsive, efficient, and reliable. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with Medicine leadership, contribute to day-to-day operations, support workforce and financial processes, and help advance portfolio priorities in a complex and fast-paced healthcare environment. Description
As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications
You are a highly organized and dependable administrative professional who can work independently while remaining closely connected to the needs of the leadership team. A minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Strong computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
The ability to quickly learn and effectively use new technology, information systems, and administrative processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, interruptions, and changing demands. Sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and a high level of confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with leaders, managers, physicians, staff, and multidisciplinary partners.
A willingness to learn organizational systems and processes, including e-People, RMS, WFM, Oracle, iProcurement, IAM, and Connect Care.
