Shape the admissions strategy at Whitecliffe University in Toronto, Ontario as the Admissions Lead. Drive enrolment and build critical relationships within a creative academic environment. In this permanent, full-time position, you will be pivotal in establishing the admissions function for Whitecliffe Canada.

With no existing pipeline or team, you will convert inquiries into applications, manage the entire application process, and create sustainable relationships across Ontario to support future enrolments. Collaboration with the Marketing Lead and accountability for enrolment targets will also be central to your role. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage applications from submission to enrollment
- Develop relationships with potential feeder schools in Ontario
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead for enrollment targets Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in student recruitment or admissions
- Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong communication and consultative skills
