This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively setting dedicated to beauty, relaxation, and personal care. Also offer laser hair removal, laser vein removal, laser peels, IPL, laser genesis, micro needling with RF, facials, chemical peels

Duties

- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash lift, tint or extensions, and mani, pedi, body treatments, relaxation body massage to meet individual guest needs.
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-ins, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct retail sales by promoting skincare products, makeup items, and beauty tools through engaging product demos and upselling techniques.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness standards across treatment areas and equipment to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and addressing any questions or concerns with enthusiasm.
- Support the team with nail care services when required, including manicures and pedicures.




- Participate in promotional activities such as product launches or special events to boost sales and elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty therapy role with knowledge of skincare treatments and techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests and provide personalized recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, products, and aftercare instructions.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care with precision and professionalism.
- Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling products to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
