ACENSI is looking for a Agentic AI Enablement Consultant for one of their clients in the energy sector based in Brussels.

Responsibilities

Business team enablement (~60%)

▪ Work hands-on with pioneering business teams to identify, shape and prioritize concrete

Team Agent use cases

▪ Co-design and co-build Team Agents together with business pioneers

▪ Guide use cases from idea and prototype to production-ready solutions

▪ Coach business teams in the adoption and operation of their Team Agents

▪ Combine technical delivery with stakeholder engagement, hands-on guidance and the removal of implementation blockers

Agentic Platform contribution (~40%)

▪ Identify recurring patterns, needs and lessons learned from Team Agent implementations

▪ Co-develop reusable components, templates, connectors, documentation and best practices with the Agentic Platform team

▪ Ensure reusable learnings flow back into the platform and avoid isolated one-off solutions

▪ Work within the architecture, roadmap and ownership boundaries defined by the Agentic Platform team

Profil

Medior consultant with concrete experience in Agentic Engineering and Agent Building. The ideal candidate combines agentic AI development capability with integration experience and the ability to enable business teams.

Mandatory skills





▪ Proven hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions and AI agents

▪ Agent orchestration, sub-agents and agent skills

▪ Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) concepts

▪ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

▪ AWS, Python, APIs and system integration

▪ Experience bringing use cases from idea or prototype to production

▪ Experience working directly with business stakeholders and coaching early adopters or pioneering teams

▪ Experience collaborating with platform or engineering teams to turn implementation learnings into reusable assets

▪ AI governance and responsible delivery of AI solutions

Nice to have

▪ Patterns for reusable components, connectors, templates and production-ready agent solutions

▪ Demonstrable balance between delivery speed, governance, maintainability and reuse

Competencies

▪ Hands-on, results-driven, comfortable combining building, coaching and stakeholder management

▪ Able to clearly explain complex agentic AI concepts to business and technical stakeholders

▪ Collaborative mindset, with the discipline to build within platform guardrails and maximize reuse

▪ Solid communication, facilitation and documentation skill
