As part of a long-term contract, you will lead the Agile Delivery team in Montreal or Toronto, coaching squads to adopt Scaled Agile methodologies for a major media project. Your role involves facilitating key Agile ceremonies, partnering with stakeholders to ensure clarity in priorities, and supporting teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. You'll be a pivotal figure in mentoring other Scrum Masters and enhancing the organization's Agile maturity.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead Agile teams in sprint events and ceremonies • Ensure alignment with product goals and sprint objectives • Foster a transparent and supportive team environment • Collaborate with technical leads for product readiness • Identify and escalate impediments for resolution

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field • Minimum 5 years experience, 3 years as Scrum Master • Solid knowledge of Agile practices • Familiar with broadcast concepts and tools • Bilingual English and French is mandatory
