Develop and maintain AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions within the Shared Ops ecosystem. Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective prompt engineering and Python-based solutions. Contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of Python libraries and reusable components.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications. Participate in prompt engineering activities and continuously optimize prompts for performance and accuracy. Maintain and update prompts to align with evolving Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities and releases.

Conduct regular testing, benchmarking, validation, and performance analysis of AI solutions. Support ongoing monitoring, observability, resiliency, and performance optimization of AI applications. Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. ~5+ years of experience developing Python applications. ~ Strong hands‑on Python development experience. ~ Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering. ~ Knowledge of design patterns, resiliency, observability, scalability, and application performance principles. ~ Experience working in Agile development environments. ~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ~ Experience with Machine Learning technologies and vector databases. ~ Experience developing cloud‑based applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure.



~ Exposure to Power Apps, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot.
