As Maintenance Aide at Chartwell, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residence, equipment, and grounds meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your hands‑on skills and problem‑solving ability will help create a comfortable, worry‑free home for our residents, while supporting the smooth operation of the community. Help with regular maintenance tasks and keep records up to date Repair and maintain furniture, fixtures, outdoor spaces, and common areas Respond quickly to maintenance requests and report issues as needed Prepare suites for new residents, including small repairs and painting Assist with preparing suites for current occupancy, including minor carpentry and painting Keep supplies organized and follow all health, safety, and infection control rules Previous maintenance experience and ability to use equipment safely Strong teamwork and communication skills with staff, residents, and vendors Committed to providing excellent customer service A warm, welcoming culture inspired by our vision of making people’s lives better, driven by our mission to create happy, healthy,
