Drive cutting-edge technology as an AMD Post-Silicon Validation Design Lead, focusing on processor architecture validation and digital logic designs. Located in Markham or Vancouver. The AMD NBIO Team is on the lookout for an experienced lead to oversee the validation of critical hardware IP for AMD’s upcoming products.

This role combines technical skill with leadership, guiding teams through complex validation processes while addressing architectural challenges. You will ensure alignment of software and firmware with hardware capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee hardware IP planning and debugging for SOCs
- Work with architects to solve technical challenges
- Document and execute comprehensive validation plans
- Drive innovation in validation tools and methodologies
- Engage in pre-silicon activities to ensure readiness Requirements:
- Proven experience in SoC and digital architecture
- Extensive knowledge of ASIC debug techniques
- Solid scripting abilities (Ruby or Python)
- Expertise in high-speed interfaces and PC architecture
