Quantum Helicopters is looking to connect with motivated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Apprentices interested in a future opportunity with our team in Terrace, British Columbia.

We are looking for someone who wants to build their career in rotary-wing maintenance and gain hands-on experience supporting both hangar and remote helicopter operations.

The Position As an AME Apprentice with Quantum Helicopters, you will be learning to perform and assist with:

- Scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
- Inspections, servicing and repairs
- Troubleshooting and defect rectification
- Component removal and installation
- Aircraft preparation and servicing
- Maintenance documentation
- Field maintenance and operational support

Our aircraft operate throughout remote areas of British Columbia and beyond, so this position isn't limited to working in the hangar. There will be opportunities to travel with our aircraft and support field operations. We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Is currently pursuing their AME M licence
- Has completed or is completing a recognized Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program
- Is motivated to learn and develop solid helicopter maintenance skills
- Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Takes safety and maintenance standards seriously
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable working in remote environments
- Is willing and able to travel when required
- Is willing to relocate to Terrace, BC




- Holds a valid driver's licence

Previous helicopter or Bell experience is an asset, but not required. We are interested in finding the right person who is eager to learn and develop with our team.

Compensation

Starting salary: $50,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Opportunities for salary progression as experience and apprenticeship milestones are achieved.
