Position Summary...The Analyst, Product drives product success through data-driven decisions, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimization, ensuring clear requirements, robust performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do...
The Analyst, Product plays a pivotal role in defining and documenting detailed product requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure actionable specifications for development teams. The position may define and analyze metrics to gauge product performance, including adoption, engagement, and revenue generation, and identify trends and areas for improvement. The role includes verifying that all product requirements are covered, optimizing feature delivery processes, and preparing recommendations to expand the product base and vision based on data and research-driven insights.
Ensuring that requirements are met, defects are managed, and readiness for launch is assessed are also key responsibilities.
The Analyst may participate in all phases of system implementation, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and support. Collaboration with business units to provide technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure functionality aligns with business processes is essential. Detailed knowledge of application features will be utilized to assess the scope and impact of business needs, employing agile development methodologies for continuous optimization.
The position may also coordinate and participate in testing enhancements to maintain quality and performance standards.
As a subject matter expert on Product Information Management (PIM) systems, the Analyst may manage data governance, user permissions, and roles within the system. Supporting internal associate training, overseeing third-party integrations, and ensuring product data is correctly configured for desired outcomes are integral parts of the role. The position includes administering systems for event creation and collection management and providing guidance and feedback to ensure system enhancements meet business needs.
The Analyst may also be responsible for maintaining product hierarchy and attributes within ecommerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information publication. This involves manipulating large data sets, creating logic and rules for product categorization, and providing feedback to improve customer experience and site item shelving. Continuous system updates, troubleshooting navigation errors, and advocating for the importance of product content and attributes are essential tasks.
Regular reporting on site health, categorization, and content completion will also be required to support business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Products (ie. Lookup/If Functions, Pivot Tables, formatting data)
- 1+ years to perform basic SQL queries
- Data analysis skills are essential for this role
- Interpersonal skills as training others in the system will be a key requirement
- Ability to critically think and analyze technical issues. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Positive time management skills
- Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PIM (Product Information Management systems) an asset
- Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow ticketing system an asset

The pay range for this position is $64 700,00 - $88 990,00.
Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
