This full-time position supports the Program Manager by managing and documenting business and project requirements.

Your role will involve facilitating discussions for requirements gathering and developing process improvement strategies to enhance performance reporting metrics and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage current business and project requirements documentation
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights from stakeholders
- Develop and execute test scripts and plans
- Analyze processes to identify trends and improvement areas
- Support project documentation as directed by the Project Manager Requirements:
- IIBA certification (E or CCBA) or PMI – PBA preferred
- Experience in an Aviation/Aerospace setting is beneficial
- Solid background in process development
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Jama software
