Responsibilities
- Apprentice Carpenter Wanted
We're looking for an Apprentice Carpenter to join our home renovation team. You'll work directly under a Journeyman Carpenter, learning finish carpentry millwork on residential renovation projects.
Requirements:
- Blue Book with hours started
- Own PPE
- Valid Criminal Record Check (CRC)
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Reliable, ready to work, and punctual
- Willing to learn, take direction, and be coachable
What You'll Learn:
- Millwork carpentry
- Home renovation techniques from an experienced Journeyman
- Trade skills toward completing your apprenticeship hours
- Aid in cabinet installation, cabinetry assembly, plumbing, electrical work, and construction painting as needed
- Contribute to restoration projects by performing caulking, heavy lifting, siding repairs, and general handyman tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently while assisting with heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup to maintain a safe work setting.

Experience
- At least two years of construction blue book experience with a focus on carpentry or woodworking projects
- Practical knowledge of using hand tools and power tools in a construction setting
- Exposure to concrete forming, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying or roofing is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively at heights or in confined spaces
