Job Overview

We are seeking a an experienced and dependable apprentice welder to join our team. We are a busy steel fabrication and manufacturing shop looking for a skilled welder who takes pride in their workmanship, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a production environment

Duties

- Perform MCAW(Metal core) welding to join metal parts according to detailed schematics and blueprints.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring devices such as micrometers to ensure precise measurements and fit.
- Operate plasma cutters, skid steer (Optional), and other manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
- Assemble fabricated parts into final products or structures while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a apprentice Welder with robust proficiency in MCAW.
- Valid certifications in welding.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be CWB certified. MCAW
