Role Summary

Reporting into the Manufacturing Manager, as a Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical, electrical, or fabricated components into finished products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The successful candidate will ensure products are assembled accurately, safely, and efficiently while meeting productions targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble products and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
- Follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Install hardware, fasteners, electrical components, and mechanical parts as required.




- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled products.
- Identify and report quality issues or production concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entry-level to 2 years manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial assembly.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and testing methods.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.

Pay: From $21.10 per hour
