As Assistant Director within the Daniels Faculty, you will lead the operations and strategic initiatives of the newly formed BSMI. With a focus on sustainable practices, your responsibilities include project management, grant applications, and building networks for collaboration. A solid background in research and strategic planning within university settings is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design strategic plans for the institute's activities • Execute strategies for impactful research collaborations • Develop project schedules and reports • Research recent funding and partnership opportunities • Enhance outreach to industrial and governmental sectors
Requirements: • Master’s Degree or acceptable combination of experience • Six years of experience in research environments • Expertise in grant proposal writing • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders • Project management expertise
