We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Assistant Farm Manager on our farm sites in the Bay’s East area on the South Coast of Newfoundland . Reporting to the Farm Manager, this role is a crucial part of our operations process and ensures the best management of our salmon in a sustainable and efficient way. In this role you will strive for continuous growth and assist with all aspects of farm site work to keep the team on track and performing well.

Your main job duties will include assist with the safe and successful operation of your farm, acting in absence of the Farm Manager, help manage the site team, promote a safe and positive work environment, lead on feeding, control, and inspection of the fish, maintain reliable data records and all general farm tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position with a shift schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off.
