Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Robust leadership and people-management skills Highly organized, with confidence in scheduling, labour management, and cost controls Lead daily service with a strong, visible presence on the floor Train,
