Ideal Candidate

- Has a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a dentist
- Provides high-quality, patient-centered care
- Communicates confidently and builds strong patient relationships
- Is dependable, ethical, and committed to clinical excellence

- Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced practice
- Is motivated to learn, grow, and contribute over the long term
- Is licensed and in good standing to practice dentistry in British Columbia
