Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
- Perform thorough dental examinations, including the assessment of dental and medical histories
- Diagnose dental conditions utilizing clinical skills and diagnostic tools such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for restorative procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans and communicate options clearly to patients
- Carry out various dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care
- Utilize dental office management software such as Dentrix and Epic to document patient records accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care delivery
- Provide specialized care for pediatric patients (Pediatrics), ensuring comfort and understanding during treatments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and stay informed about the latest industry practices
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment with familiarity using Dentrix or similar practice management software
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems is highly desirable
- Experience providing pediatric dental care (Pediatrics) preferredStrong understanding of medical terminology related to oral health and general medicine
- Hands‑on experience with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
