About You:

- HighSchool graduate
- InsuranceBroker level 1 license
- Minimum1 year of Autoplan experience preferred
- Anatural ability at building authentic customer relationships andfunctioning as part of a team
- Excellenttime management skills and the ability to multi-task




- Demonstratedability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion areimportant qualities
- Strongwork ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job

About the Job:

Our Auto Agents are an integral part of our team and will bethe first point of contact for customers.
- Engagewith clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensurethe best coverage for them
- Maintainand manage a book of business and strong client relationships throughproactive contact via phone, letter and email
- Developnew business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross selling
- Manageand process renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of clientretention
- Supportclients in the claims process
