You already know how to be a Service Advisor. The question is — does your current shop give you what you need to be a great one?
Great technicians. An organized schedule. Modern systems. Proper inspections. Strong customer relationships. Management that actually supports you.
That’s what we’ve built at Stop N Go Automotive Centre.
If you’re a robust Service Advisor who’s tired of fighting through disorganization, chasing technicians for answers, dealing with outdated systems, or being pressured to sell things you don’t believe in, we should probably talk.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than another Service Advisor job.
We want someone who wants to build a career, earn a great income and become an important part of a growing shop.
WHY GOOD ADVISORS DO WELL HERE A Service Advisor can only be as successful as the team and systems behind them.
That’s why we’ve built Stop N Go differently.
You’ll work with experienced, professional technicians who take pride in their work. We use detailed digital inspections with photos and videos so customers can actually see what we’re recommending. We have organized systems, modern equipment and a strong existing customer base.
And you’ll work directly alongside an owner who works at the front counter with you.
That means when the shop gets busy, you’re not trying to get help from someone sitting in an office who hasn’t written a repair order in years.
We’re in it together.
We’ve also built a 4.9-star Google reputation by doing things the right way and earning our customers’ trust.
WE SELL — BUT WE DON’T PRESSURE PEOPLE
You absolutely need to be comfortable selling automotive service and repairs.
But there’s a big difference between selling through trust and selling through pressure.
We believe the best Service Advisors educate customers, explain value, prioritize repairs and help people make informed decisions about their vehicles.
Our digital inspections give you the information, photos and technician recommendations you need to have those conversations confidently.
No games. No scare tactics.
No selling something you don’t believe the vehicle needs.
If you’re great with people, know how to build trust and aren’t afraid to confidently ask for the sale, you’ll do very well here.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
You’ll take ownership of the customer experience from the first phone call or vehicle drop-off through to final pickup.
You’ll listen to customer concerns and document them properly, prepare repair orders, communicate with technicians, review digital inspections, build and present estimates, obtain authorizations, provide progress updates and help keep the day’s workflow organized.
You’ll also help customers understand what their vehicle needs now, what can wait and what they should plan for in the future.
We’re not looking for someone who simply processes repair orders.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their customers.
