Base rate of $38/hour as a newly certified 310s Technician, with the potential to earn more depending on your experience and skill set. Participate in an RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan) with employer matching through a Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP). Perform a wide range of general mechanical services,



including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance. Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.

Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks. Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team. Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.

Hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license. Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.

Experience with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
