Here's the job in one line: you get people on the phone, work out whether there's a real opportunity there, and set it up so we can win the work.

The people who are good at this don't sound like they're reading anything. They're easy to talk to and genuinely curious about what's happening at the other end of the line. If you can call a contractor or a property manager cold and have a normal, helpful conversation without a script doing the talking for you, you'll do well here.

Day to day, you'll call businesses to find where a real project is happening and pin down what matters: who decides, what the job is, when it's moving. You'll log what you learn in our CRM, draft quotes for approval, and hand off anything you can't carry yourself. Most of our work is construction and property management, with new sectors coming online. Knowing that world is a head start, but it isn't a requirement. We can teach you the trade.



We can't teach you how to sound like a person.

The practical bits:

- Contract, not employment. You're self-employed and invoice us monthly, not on salary.
- Remote, on your own computer. We can provide a soft-phone for you to use.
- About 10 hours a week to start, growing toward 20, worked in blocks of three hours or more during weekday business hours.
- $25 an hour, plus a bonus on every project that closes. The bonus runs from $150 to $1,500 depending on the total value of the project and is paid once the client books the work.
