Part-Time | Cha Da Cup Mobile Chai Bar

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista to join our Mobile Coffee Bar team. We specialize in serving handcrafted chai, coffee and specialty beverages at private events, weddings, and corporate functions across the GTA.

This is a part-time, event-based role with flexible, on-call scheduling depending on bookings. Every event is unique, and the focus is on delivering a warm, high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and break down the beverage workstation and equipment
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, including iced drinks
- Take customer orders and provide outstanding service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with drink and food preparation as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day

Presentation & Professionalism

- Must be well-groomed and presentable for upscale event environments
- Required to wear formal all-black attire suitable for weddings and private events
- Professional, calm, and guest-focused at all times

Requirements & Experience





- Previous experience in cafe, or barista work
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and in a team
- Valid G driver’s license is an asset (experience with larger vehicles is a plus)
- Own vehicle is an advantage for travel between event locations

Additional Information

- Interviews conducted via video call
- Must be comfortable traveling to events throughout the GTA
- Shifts vary depending on event bookings (days, evenings, and weekends)

Schedule

- 8-hour shifts (event dependent)
- Day and evening availability required
- Weekends and on-call availability required
- Part-time position

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
